Swim Test 1
Swim, tread, swim
Swim 300 yards without stopping, tread water 2 minutes without using your arms, then swim 100 more yards.
30 Min time limit. Must be front facing, no backstroke.
Swim Test 2
Brick carry
Dive down and bring up a 10 lb brick, then carry it on your chest for 20 yards with your face above water.
1 Min 40 Second Time Limit, no goggles allowed
